After purchasing a registered edition of eMarket Software's license
for one (1) user only. Its use, including associated Services,
is limited to the terms and conditions of the package plan purchased
by the registered licensee. Unauthorized use, reproduction and
distribution of this Software and Services are against federal
and international laws, and may result in penalties and monetary
damages. Volume discounts, multi-item site licenses and dealership
information can be made available by sending enquiries to:

Services are not available to minors. eMarket Software services
are not available to parties whose use of services has been suspended
or terminated. You must submit a complete registration form on
behalf of yourself or the corporation, partnership or other legal
entity that will be using eMarket Software Software and Services.
By accepting this Agreement, you represent that (a) you are eighteen
(18) years or older and, if applicable, (b) you are authorized
to sign for and bind the corporation, partnership or other legal
entity that will be using Software and Services.
You must provide current, complete and accurate registration
information, and further update information to stay current, complete
and accurate. Unregistered users are precluded from using Software
and Services under this Agreement. If you are a corporation, partnership
or other legal entity, you may allow employees to use Software
and Services under your account, but will be held responsible
for all activities and charges by such employees.
Further, you agree to maintain professional conduct at all times,
refrain from inflammatory remarks, and comply with all applicable
laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations related to use of Software
and Services. You may not use Software and Services to engage
in illegal covert operations, fraud or other illegal activities
or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Any communications or materials you transmit connected to the
use of Software and Services may be used by eMarket Software,
or its affiliates, for any purpose, including, but not limited
to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast
and posting.

eMarket Software, Inc. Mighty Ticker, produced this system for
its use and the use of bona fide licensees. It may be revised
from time to time without notice. eMarket Software, Inc. DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY,
OR COMPLETENESS. eMarket Software, Inc., and its subsidiaries
and affiliates shall not be liable for damages of any type, including
direct, consequential, or special damages, to any legal person
arising out of any person's reliance on or use of its system.
